Using VenuePilot as a Production Manager
VenuePilot's platform makes it easy to upload tech riders for each show based on the artist's contract as well as adding tech costs (equipment rentals, etc.) to the show's budget.
As a Production Manager, you are responsible for advancing all event details for all shows and are in charge of the production team at your venue. Your main goal is to ensure that the artist's needs are met as per the contract and show's budget.
