Scan Counts and Reports

Our scan counts make it easy to understand attendance at the event, order, and individual customer level

There are three different locations to see scan counts within your VenuePilot account: Event Level, Order List View, and within each Order.


1. Event Level Scan Counts

The first location your scan count can be found is on the event preview page. Log in to your VenuePilot account and select the event you would like to view. At the top of the event preview page, you will see a box labeled 'Scan Total'. This will show you how many tickets have been scanned for this event.

2. Event Order Scan Counts

You can also view scan counts for individual orders within an event on the event preview page. Select the event you would like to view and scroll down to the section labeled 'Orders'. Next to each order you can see how many tickets have already been scanned.

3. Scan Counts in Each Individual Order

You can also view scan counts for individual orders across all your events from the 'Orders' page. Select the 'Orders' icon at the top of your VenuePilot account, or click into an order in your event. Scroll to the bottom of the order details to see how many tickets in that order were scanned.
