Event Level Scan Counts - The first location your scan count can be found is on the event preview page. Log in to your VenuePilot account and **select the event** you would like to view. - At the top of the event preview page, you will see a box labeled **'Scan Total'**. Order Level Scan Counts](https://support.venuepilot.co/knowledge/scan-counts-and-reports#order-level-scans) - You can also view scan counts for individual orders within an event on the **event preview page**. - Select the event you would like to view and scroll down to the section labeled **'Orders'**. - **Next to each order you can see how many tickets have already been scanned.** ![Orders](https://support.venuepilot.co/hs-fs/hubfs/Orders.png?width=688&height=344&name=Orders.png) ### [3.
