Our scan counts make it easy to understand attendance at the event, order, and individual customer level

1. Event Level Scan Counts

  • The first location your scan count can be found is on the event preview page. Log in to your VenuePilot account and select the event you would like to view.
  • At the top of the event preview page, you will see a box labeled 'Scan Total'. This will show you how many tickets have been scanned for this event.

2. Order Level Scan Counts

  • You can also view scan counts for individual orders within an event on the event preview page.
  • Select the event you would like to view and scroll down to the section labeled 'Orders'.
  • Next to each order you can see how many tickets have already been scanned.

3. Customer Level Scan Counts

  • You can also view scan counts for individual orders across all your events from the 'Orders' page.
  • Select the 'Orders' icon at the top of your VenuePilot account, or click into an order in your event.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the order details to see how many tickets in that order were scanned.
