Automated Will Call reminder emails reduce support inquiries and keep your attendees informed. When enabled, this feature automatically sends two reminder emails for your upcoming events:
- First reminder email sent one week before the event.
- Second reminder email sent the day before the event.
Key Information Included in the Emails
Every reminder email automatically includes the event details and order summary. To make entry smooth, these emails also remind customers to bring an ID, ensure their mobile device is charged and keep a copy of their confirmation email accessible.
Depending on your event setup, the emails automatically pull in additional details:
- PDF Tickets will be attached directly to both reminder emails if PDF tickets are enabled for your event.
- Any custom text added to your Footer (which appears on the purchase page) or your Additional Confirmation Email Text field will display in these emails to maintain consistent messaging.
- Go to your dashboard and select any event to edit.
- In the Edit Details section, scroll down to the bottom of the modal.
- Locate the toggle or checkbox for Send Will Call Reminder Emails.
- Check the box to enable and save your changes.
