As a talent booker, your main focus is identifying and booking the appropriate talent for your venue. We at VenuePilot can help streamline this process for you with our Offer Sheet feature. This feature allows you to quickly visualize the potential revenue for an event taking into account artist deal structure, projected ticket sales, and other expenses. To expedite the process for future events, you can build out a budget template with average concession costs, bar costs, etc. Once you have offers sent, you can create holds within your VenuePilot account to pass along to the Box Office Manager.
