# View and Download the Will Call Report

## Your will call report contains a list of all purchasers for your event, despite their point of purchase or delivery method.

### Viewing and Downloading your Will Call List

- To create a discount code for your event, go to the **"Events"** dashboard and **click the specific event.**

- In the **upper right-hand side,** you will see the **Will Call List** button. Click it to view or download the Will Call report.

**The spreadsheet is in several columns and is formatted as follows:**

- Last Name
- First Name
- Email
- Email Marketing Opt In Status: *(TRUE = Opt-in, FALSE = Opt-out)*
- Ticket Quantity
- Ticket Price
- Price Paid
