View and Download the Will Call Report

Your will call report contains a list of all purchasers for your event, despite their point of purchase or delivery method.

Viewing and Downloading your Will Call List

• To create a discount code for your event, go to the "Events" dashboard and click the specific event.

• In the upper right-hand side, you will see the Will Call List button. Click it to view or download the Will Call report.

The spreadsheet is in several columns and is formatted as follows:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Email
• Email Marketing Opt In Status: (TRUE = Opt-in, FALSE = Opt-out)
• Ticket Quantity
• Ticket Price
• Price Paid
