Add Artist Info, Social Media, Streaming Statistics, plus Sync to Spotify & Bandsintown

Learn how to track your artist sales history, sync your published events to Bandsintown, Spotify and other affiliate networks to boost your sales.

Add an Artist your Hold

  • To add an artist, click into the hold from the calendar view.
  • Lower on the page, click on the pink "Add Artist button".

  • Start to type the name of the artist and then select the artist from the drop down.
  • If the artist name doesn't automatically populate, you can add it manually. 
  • Add in or leave blank the Artist's Marquee Position, On-Stage Time, Off-Stage Time & Dress Room Curfew 
  • Only after clicking the pink "SAVE" link will you will be able to view the "i" icon next to your artist name to access their info

  • A panel will slide out displaying the artist's relevant info & statistics from:  
    • Spotify
    • Bandsintown
    • Twitter
    • Youtube


*NOTE: This info does not sync with your event until it has been published, as it's pulling from potentially unverified sources. This info is not exact, but rather there to help you make decisions regarding your artist, understanding their market, and developing a marketing plan.

Artist Historical Performance Stats

 

If the artist has played within your organization before, the historical sales data will populate into the artist's information section. This information does not appear anywhere, but is included to help you make marketing decisions and estimate the future event's ticket sales.
