Order Search & Refunds

Managing orders

To manage a patron’s order, select the Orders tab in your navigation bar.

 

 

Here you will be able to search for an order by name, email address, confirmation #, or the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase.

 

Once you select an order you want to adjust, you can do the following on the order page:

  • Edit the pick-up name and email address for an order
  • Issue a refund (partial or full)
  • Resend a confirmation email

Edit the pick-up name and email address

To edit the customer's contact information, click on the order number you would like to edit, then change the fields to the desired name and email and click on the refresh icon. Note, this will not change the purchaser's name in the order list.

 

Refunding an order

To issue a refund, enter the patron’s confirmation # on the Orders page > select the order > click Issue Refund 

 

Next, select Partial Refund or Full Refund to proceed, then follow the prompts to issue the refund.

 

 

Resend a Confirmation Email

To resend a confirmation email, click on the confirmation number for the order you would like to re-confirm, then scroll to the bottom of that order's page and click "Purchase Confirmation." This will automatically send a confirmation email to the customer. If the customer still does not receive the order confirmation, have them check their spam folder, and double check their associated email.
