Send your venue calendars to Google Calendar, and your VenuePilot report to Google Sheets
For users who wish to populate a Google Calendar to share with staff or stakeholders, or sync all their event data to a single Google Spreadsheet, VenuePilot has made it a breeze.
1. Login to the Google account that will be connected during the sync with VenuePilot.
Tip: sometimes it makes sense to create a separate google account for this sync as to not keep it within someone's personal account
2. Login to your VenuePilot account
3. Click Settings and then Integrations
4. Next to Google Sync, click Connect
5. Follow the steps for Google Authorization. You will need to select the account and allow VenuePilot to populate Calendar and Google Sheets.
6. Once the sync is complete, you will see the option to sync data on this page. This will allow you to update your reports or calendar at any time with the push of a button.
