# Integrate Join It with your VenuePilot Account
## Join It is a database management software that allows you to create a membership program for your company.
**👫NOTE**: The Join It integration needs to be enabled for your organization by our team. **Contact VenuePilot support at clientsupport@venuepilot.co to get started!**

### **Getting Started with Join It**
- Our integration with Join It allows you to have a membership program for your company while selling tickets through VenuePilot.
- To get started, go to **Settings --\> Integrations** and click on "**Connect" next to the Join It** integration:
- From here, log in** to your Join It account:**
***❕NOTE:** Join It is a 3rd party, paid integration. You will need an account with Join It to use their integration with VenuePilot.*

- Now that your Join It account is connected to VenuePilot, you can set **specific discounts only available to members.**
- To create a discount code for your event, go to the **"Events"** dashboard and **click the specific event where you want to apply the discount**.
- Scroll down to **DISCOUNTS** at the bottom of the page and **click the “+” symbol.**
- Under **TYPE, choose JoinIt.**
- From the Joinit Membership section**, select the membership type you want to have access to the discount.**
- Give the discount **an expiration date,** if needed.
- **Dont forget to click SAVE at the top before navigating away!**
#### **Apply your Discount Code**
- Now that you have created a discount code, the **final step is to let the system know which tickets are valid to receive this discount.**
- Return to the **tickets** portion of your event.
- **Click the pencil icon** to modify the ticket to which you wish to apply your discount code.
- Within the ticket type settings, **navigate to the Discounts section and check the box** to activate your newly created discount code.
- **CLICK SAVE** in the top right-hand corner.
