Include PDF tickets in Confirmation Emails

If you want your customers to receive PDF tickets in their confirmation emails, follow the steps below.

1. Navigate to your event using the top menu

2. Click edit in the upper right hand corner of the event

3. Select "Mail PDF Tickets" in the panel and click save

4: The Customer will receive a PDF ticket in their inbox.

Tip: Missing PDF ticket

If a customer claims they did not receive their ticket, go to the "Orders" tab of the event and click on the order number of the customer with the issue. Double check that their email address is correct, and re-send the confirmation.
