You can locate your confirmation email and check the delivery method of your tickets in multiple ways:
❓Can't find your order confirmation or want your tickets re-sent?
- Go to my.venuepilot.co and enter the email address you used to purchase.
- Here you can check the status of your order, or resend your email confirmation to yourself.

✉️ Check your Email.
- Orders come with the subject line "Your ticket confirmation".
- Check your junk folder in your email and add us to your contact list!
🍎 Did you purchase using Apple Pay?
- Apple Pay will automatically send your tickets to the email associated with your iCloud account.
- Don't have access to this email address? Update the email in your apple iCloud settings and then send us an email with your order details.
🎫 I have my confirmation email - but there are no tickets attached.
- Your tickets may be at Will Call.
- Will Call simply means the venue will either have your tickets in your name when you arrive or your physical tickets must be picked up in person.
- They will ask for Photo ID to confirm the name matches the purchaser, so be sure to bring your valid ID! (Check with venues / organizaers directly for accepted forms of ID!)
- OR Your tickets may have a future delivery date!
- Read your order confirmation email closely, or contact the venue or event organizer directly to see If your tickets have a future delivery date.
