Integrate Hive.co with your VenuePilot Account

Hive.co is a customer data and email marketing platform that gives you a better understanding of your customer base and allows you to send targeted email campaigns.

Getting Started with Hive.co

Integrating Hive.co with your VenuePilot account allows you to have a comprehensive database of your customers and send targeted email campaigns.

Before you can set up the integration, you need to contact Hive to have your brand ID white-listed at https://www.hive.co/contact

Your brand ID number can be found at the top of the page as a part of your URL:

Integrating with VenuePilot

Once you found this number, go into the VenuePilot backend under Settings --> Integrations and click on "Connect" next to the Hive integration:

Enter your Hive Brand ID number and click on "Save":

Now that VenuePilot is set up with your Hive account, any future ticketbuyers will show up under "Contact List," and all your events will show up under "Events":
