How do I request a refund?

Contact the venue or event organizer to get help with refund requests.

If you want a refund for your purchase, please reach out to the event venue or the event organizer. VenuePilot provides the technology that many venues rely on, but we are not authorized to issue refunds for customers, so we will not be able to issue you a refund.

 

Please send the organizer this information:

  • Event Name
  • Event Date
  • Email address
  • Order #
  • First and Last Name
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase

 

We suggest looking up contact information on the event venue webpage, or doing a quick search online.
