How do I request a refund?

VenuePilot requires permission directly from our event organizers to authorize any refunds.

If you feel you need to request a refund of your purchase, please reach out to the venue or event organizer directly. While VenuePilot provides the technology that many venues rely on, we are not authorized to issue refunds for customers without our event organizers' written permission. Thank you! 👍

To request a refund directly from the venue or event organizer, we suggest heading directly to the contact portion of their webpage, or by doing a quick search online. 

Please ensure you send them the following information:

  • Event Name
  • Event Date
  • Email address
  • Order #
  • First and Last Name
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase
