Our integration with Handstamp allows ticketbuyers to manage VenuePilot events and purchased tickets directly in the Handstamp mobile site. This is an easy solution for ticketbuyers to access their tickets outside of their confirmation email and my.venuepilot.co.
How the Integration Works
After a customer purchases a ticket to your event, the Handstamp logo will appear in the confirmation email sent to them:
Clicking on "View Tickets" will redirect the customer to Handstamp, where they can use the phone number they entered in checkout to login.
After logging in, the customer can select the event in the Handstamp app where they'll find their tickets and QR code. They'll also have the option to purchase more tickets with the "Buy Tickets" button. The QR code can be scanned directly in the VenuePilot Box Office app.
NOTE: Enabling the Handstamp integration will make phone numbers required at purchase.
