Eventbrite Integration

Importing events from Eventbrite to VenuePilot

Our Eventbrite integration allows you to import events and sales directly from Eventbrite into VenuePilot. To start, go to Settings --> Integrations and click on "Connect" next to Eventbrite:

This will prompt you to sign in to your Eventbrite account and give VenuePilot access permissions (no one from the VenuePilot team will be able to access any Eventbrite data that isn't imported into VenuePilot). Click on "Allow":



After this, your data will be ready to be imported. Click on "Sync Data" and then "Import" in Integrations:



From here, you can choose which events you want to import and which venue and room you want to add it to:



From here the event will populate in your calendar with the number of tickets sold. Please note that the integration does not import customer emails and names.
