Downloading Customer Emails from VenuePilot

Expand your email marketing list by exporting your VenuePilot customers and easily identifying who has opted in for additional marketing communications from you.

• Login to your VenuePilot account
• Click Reports across the top and then select By Email Opt-Ins.

• This action will initiate an automatic download of a .csv file that includes the email addresses of customers who have opted in to receive updates about upcoming events.

• The spreadsheet is in four columns and is formatted as follows:

  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Email 
  • Opt In Status: (TRUE = Opt-in, FALSE = Opt-out)
    
    
• Open the report with Excel or Google Sheets, or upload it directly into your email service
