Create a closeout sheet to track all sales and expenses for the show.
View your Closeout Report
After an event has ended, you will see the option to create a closeout report on the Events Calendar page. Click on the button labeled "CLOSEOUT" to open a new page with all the sales and expenses for your event.
If your event is ticketed through VenuePilot, the closeout report will automatically pull information from your tickets sales to create a line by line breakdown of sales, and a total summary.
Adding Additional Sales
In addition to ticket sales, the VenuePilot closeout tool has the ability to track many different show sales and expenses. If you have a bar and restaurant at your venue you can add sales and cost for the night, as well as any merch sales.
Comp Tickets
The VenuePilot Closeout tool also gives you the ability to add the total click count (or door count), and the number of comped tickets from the the house and from the artist.
Once you have added all the information, click "Save" and your closeout sheet is complete.
