# CashorTrade Verified Resale Integration
## Seamless, Scalper-Free Reselling: Introducing CashorTrade
VenuePilot has partnered with CashorTrade, the world’s only face-value, fan-first ticket marketplace. Unlike traditional secondary platforms that allow massive price markups, CashorTrade strictly disincentivizes scalpers by only allowing tickets to be resold at their original face value. CashorTrade manually and digitally verifies every single ticket added to their platform, and has an active relationship with our support team, ensuring that true fans get a fair deal and real tickets every time.
- **How it works: It’s already live.** VenuePilot automatically syncs with CashorTrade. Every time you publish an event on VenuePilot, it instantly appears on the [CashorTrade](https://cashortrade.org/) website with zero extra effort from you.
- **Zero-Effort Management:** Because the sync happens instantly behind the scenes, you can manage your entire CashorTrade presence right from your existing VenuePilot workflow.
- **Why it matters:** When your fans can't make a show, they can safely resell their tickets to other fans. CashorTrade verifies every ticket and strictly caps resale at original face value—completely locking out scalpers and fraud.
#### **Claiming Your CashorTrade Profile**
- **[Use the Claim Your CashorTrade Exchange Page](https://cashortrade.org/about/?p=31236&preview=true)** to get a custom UTM tracking link for your exchange
- Surface this link on your website, in event newsletters and socials to direct fans to your Venue’s Exchange Page
- Claiming your profile allows CashorTrade to build a custom button on your website that goes straight to your secondary market
#### **How do I link to my exchange for a specific sold out event?**
- Find your event exchange on CashorTrade.org using their [Search Tool](https://cashortrade.org/)
- **[Use the Claim Your CashorTrade Exchange Page](https://cashortrade.org/about/?p=31236&preview=true)** to take the URL you find on [Cashortrade.org](http://cashortrade.org) and turn it into a custom **UTM tracking link.**
- Click into your **Sold Out Event**
- Click on your **Announce Model**
- Scroll down to **“Ticket Link”** & **“URL”**
- Under **Ticket Link**, select **‘Use External Link’** and fill in the CashorTrade **custom UTM tracking link you created above** in place of your previous event link.
- Under **“Ticket Sale Button Text” select ‘CUSTOM’.** Hereyou can **customize the button text** to language of your choice, for example, *“Sold Out - Visit the Official Ticket Exchange on CashorTrade”*
Click the **pink UPDATE button** to save your changes.
If you are a promoter and work with multiple venues, or have multiple venues in your org, contact either VenuePilot's client support at clientsupport@venuepilot.com, or CashorTrade's client support at partnerships@cashortrade.org.
NOTE: Non-music events such as comedy, theatre, etc. may not automatically sync to CashorTrade. If you notice an event is missing, you can contact CashorTrade at [***partnerships@cashortrade.org***](mailto:partnerships@cashortrade.org) with the following:
- A link to your primary ticket sales
- A list of all ticket types available for resale / exchange
- Face Value Pricing for all ticket types available for resale / exchange
#### **Helping Ticketbuyers**
Ticketbuyers can upload their **QR code PDF** to the site. If they have any questions, they can be redirected to our ticketbuyer-facing article here or contact CashorTrade's[** Fan Support team**](https://help.cashortrade.org/hc/en-us/requests/new).
