[Reports](https://support.venuepilot.co/knowledge/reports?hsLang=en) # Advanced Reports ## Take a tour of VenuePilot's Advanced Reporting   ### 👀Please Note!👀 - To view Looker Studio reports, **please make sure you are viewing with an email that has Admin Access to your VenuePilot ORG**. You can see/change the email viewing this data in the **upper right-hand corner of the report** *(screenshot below)!* - **Having trouble viewing your data?** Check that you aren’t attempting to access the reports from a separate Google account, for example, your personal email. - In the **upper right-hand corner of the report**, click the **CIRCLE ICON containing your Chrome Profile Photo**. If you fully refund a ticket buyer we also will refund the associated fees to you 🙂!* #### PRO Reports - **[ASCAP Blanket Concert and Recital Report (BCON)](https://www.venuepilot.co/s#/looker-reports/f51dba58-8f1d-4b2f-8924-1e076d5e66fc)** - Looks almost exactly like **ASCAPs template report.** Use this to save time preparing reports to submit to ASCAP. - Type in your account number - Type in your “Premise Name” (it must match exactly the “Premise Name” in the table- It’s case sensitive) - Select your date range [**Event Cancellation Report**](https://www.venuepilot.co/reports/event_cancelation#/) - This report contains a list of canceled events with all relevant to the cancelation information allowing you to have a quick glance at all events at once, and see the status of refunds/credits for when you let the buyer decide. **Email Opt-In Report** - This report automatically downloads to your default **downloads** folder on your computer when clicked. It contains **First Name**, **Last Name** and the **email** of all of your prior ticket buyers across all events as well as a **True** (opted-in) of **False** (opted-out) status that they chose during the checkout; [**Tickets Sales By Event**](https://www.venuepilot.co/s#/looker-reports/a9e09fe7-10c7-4bbf-bbbf-cc07b7c71883) - This report contains the main customer info such as the **order #**, **full name** and **discounts** and **donations** that were applied. [**Event Audit**](https://www.venuepilot.co/s#/looker-reports/dda29549-ac1b-4042-abad-ee1b0f0652b3) - This report includes a list of events with an overview of each event and the data for the **number** of **tickets sold**, including their **total face value.** It also includes the data for the total of the **tickets refunded** in both **ticket quantity** and **dollar amount**.You can also see how many tickets were scanned in at that event.
