Add a Donation Box to your Event

Enable donations so customers can contribute any amount to their purchase.

  • Navigate to events in the top menu, and click into the event name where you would like to add donations.

  • Click EDIT in the upper right corner of your event.


  • Scroll to the very bottom of the Tickets: Event Details section until you find DONATION 

🔎Quick Tip: The fastest way to find the term "Donation"?  Simply press CTRL + F on your keyboard to open a search box.

  • Don't forget to click SAVE in the top right corner before navigating away!


  • Now, when fans go through their checkout process, they will be offered a donation box. They can choose from pre-created amounts, or add their own custom amount!
